HOSTED BUYER PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Definitions
- ATF Hosted Buyer Team: GMT Fair Organization team.
- Event/Fair: International Antalya Tourism Fair 2025.
- Exhibitor: Tourism sector partner, professional company renting stand space at the fair
- Hosted Buyer: A professional visitor with purchasing and negotiating authority who is accepted into the program by the ATF team.
- Program: A special program that provides accommodation and other facilities in exchange for a prior commitment to conduct certain interviews.
2. Application and Registration
• The online application form must be filled in completely.
• The application is approved after the evaluation process.
• Accepted Hosted Buyers are charged a registration fee of €200 excluding VAT.
3. Terms of Participation
• Professionals with purchasing/interview/authorization authority can apply.
• Minimum 15 pre-scheduled meetings are mandatory
• It is mandatory to attend at least 2 full days of the ATF.
• Active participation in the ATF World App. profile completion and survey completion are mandatory.
4. Program Benefits
• 4 nights accommodation in 5-star luxury hotels in Belek - Kundu - Kemer - Konyaaltı - City Center (October 21-25)
• Round-trip transfer services will be provided throughout ATF between the airport, official hotel, the fairground, and all social events included in the official program.
• ATF World App. Access advantage and support.
• Participation in Hosted Buyer Lounge, ATF Party and special events.
• One-year e-magazine subscription to GM Tourism and Management Magazine, Turkey's leading tourism media.
• Free interview rights with photos and brand logo on ATF website, gmdergi.com, gmtourism.com and GM Tourism and Management Magazine's social media accounts (@gmdergi, @gmtourismnews) (global edition of GM Magazine).
• Advertising and promotion advantages in GM Tourism and Management Magazine and ATF Turkey social media accounts. (%35 discount)
• GM Tourism News free daily email subscription featuring top tourism industry updates.
• Hosted Buyer Club membership with up to 30% discount on selected hotels, tours and transfers..
• The right to participate in one of the private tours selected according to availability (Aquarium, Butterfly, Old Town – Kaleici, Night Yacht Tour)
5. Exclusions
• Airfare, visa, travel insurance, extra nights, personal expenses and mini bar costs are the responsibility of the Hosted Buyer.
6. Transportation and Accommodation
• Hotel information is shared at least 3 weeks before the event, after the transportation information is sent to us.
• Early/Late check-ins and check-outs are covered by the Hosted Buyer.
• It is the Hosted Buyer's responsibility to comply with the transfer times.
7. Visa and Insurance
• Possible visa and travel insurance procedures are entirely the responsibility of the Hosted Buyer.
• GMT Fuarcılık only provides participation letter for visa applications.
8. Cancellation of Participation and Changes
• Transfer of participation is only possible with GMT approval.
• It is Hosted Buyer's responsibility to find a suitable replacement.
9. General Provisions
• The event is organized by GMT Exhibitions.
• Participation and Hosted Buyer Club membership will be canceled if the rules of professional behavior are not followed and Hosted Buyer commitments are not fulfilled. Free facilities provided with Hosted Buyer status will be invoiced and collected.
10. Protection of Personal Data
• The personal data provided in the Hosted Buyer application will only be used for the execution of the program, communication, reservation and reporting processes.
• GMT Fuarcılık undertakes to protect this data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and to share it with third parties only within the authorized framework.
