What is the Hosted Buyer Program?

The ATF25Türkiye Invitation Program is for senior buyers from the travel industry, who have qualified through the Türkiye Travel Market Hosted Buyer application process, to participate in an exclusive three-day event program.

Please read all benefits and conditions carefully before applying.

Conditions of participation:

  • Senior travel industry professional in leisure, MICE, luxury and corporate travel with direct purchasing and contracting authority.
  • Agree to abide by all Hosted Buyer Program commitments and participation policies according to the terms and conditions.
  • Be able to provide references of work done in the last 6 months to 1 year.
  • You must have an intermediate level of English to communicate with international participants.

*Please note that flights, airport transfers and some transfers to/from optional networking events are not included in the Hosted Buyer Program.

Hosted Buyer Commitments

  • Attend an appointment scheduled at least 35 days in advance: 8 appointments on the first 2 days day of the fair and at least 5 appointments on the 3rd day.
  • Arrive one day before the start of Africa Tourism Fair and leave only after the end of the fair.
  • Commit to fulfill all appointments and schedule other appointments to replace the missed appointments.
  • Complete full Hosted Buyer and Company profiles.
  • Attend mandatory Hosted Buyer events as scheduled.
  • Rate all appointments and provide an overall evaluation report.
  • Participate in a survey to evaluate the Hosted Buyer service and appointments.

If you are accepted into the program as a Hosted Buyer, a registration fee of EUR 200 + VAT will be charged.  Please note that this is not a deposit and is non-refundable.

After thoroughly reviewing the Terms and Conditions, all participants are required to complete the necessary ancillary information form. Submission of this form is mandatory for the finalization of your application or participation process.
