DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE TERMS

This document governs the delivery and performance of products/services purchased through https://antalyaturizmfuari.com.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT / TICKET DELIVERY

Trade fair entrance tickets and digital products electronically The ticket/access information will be sent to the email address provided by the BUYER during the order process, usually within a few minutes (at the latest within 24 hours) after payment confirmation. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam/junk folder and contact [email protected].

2. PHYSICAL DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)

For physical materials such as name badges, catalogs, etc., delivery will be made either by collecting them from an authorized representative at the event venue (Fairground: Soğucaksu, 25001 Sokak No: 1/4, 07112 Aksu / Antalya) or by the courier method specified during the order. The legal delivery period is a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of order confirmation.

3. OBLIGATIONS

• The BUYER is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery/contact information. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• In case of force majeure, the SELLER will inform the BUYER; the SELLER may cancel the order and refund the payment.
