GENERAL<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All payments are collected via Garanti BBVA virtual POS infrastructure using 3D Secure.<\/li>\n<li>Refund requests will be processed to the credit\/debit card used for payment; cash refunds or refunds to a different account are not possible.<\/li>\n<li>Approved refunds will be credited to the relevant card within 14 (fourteen) days after the SELLER notifies the bank. The time it takes for the amount to appear in the card account depends on the bank (usually 2\u201310 business days).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. EVENT \/ FAIR TICKETS<\/h3>\n<p>Tickets for events and fairs taking place on a specific date are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 15\/(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. However, the SELLER applies the following cancellation policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For cancellations made 15 days or more before the event date: full refund.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event date: no refund or partial refund may apply.<\/li>\n<li>If the event is cancelled or its date is changed by the SELLER: The BUYER may choose to have the event rescheduled to a new date or receive a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.
